Description
Our Sauvignon Blanc is from our estate vineyard on the northern facing hillside of the property. It is getting lots of attention from some great winemakers and viticulturists because of its 25% slope and the combination of amazing clones: Clone 376, Clone 1 (Chateau Yquem) and Musque
Expressive with notes of guava, lime and tart green apple on the nose. A seemless expression of crisp, high tone fruit and round natural acidity. The fruit was harvested in the middle of the night and pressed immediately, then fermented 1/3 in brand new French oak and concrete egg, each with it’s own distinct yeast to add complexity.
