Description
Our first Sauvignon Blanc is from our estate vineyard on the northern facing hillside.
Expressive with notes of guava, lime and tart green apple on the nose. A seemless expression of crisp, high tone fruit and round natural acidity. The fruit was harvested in the middle of the night and pressed immediately, then fermented 1/3 in brand new French oak and 2/3 in stainless, each with it’s own distinct yeast to add complexity.
